There are currently three gangs, the Bullets, the Outcasts, and the Nobodies.
Bullets The Bullets are the violent ones. As their name suggests, they are the ones who have killed or will kill. The Bullets are the top of the food chain, filled with rage and violence. The one's here are for crimes like murder, rape, or anything in the like.
Outcasts Outcasts are mainly ones in ISD for mental disorders. Named as they are for the fact they are the social outcasts in normal life. The outcasts are probably the one's that take the mixing hardest. If these guy's are in for crime, the crime is probably small, like stealing or breaking and entering.

Nobodies The Nobodies are those who refused to be in the gangs when they formed. They eventually banded together after others who were unaffiliated turned up dead. Outcasts range from committing no crime to committing murders. Some members later become taken in by the Bullets or Outcasts.
